Cavi·Art® is caviar made of seaweed. Seaweed caviar is used as caviar in both hot and cold dishes. The natural pigments in the product do not come off. Cavi·Art® is therefore very suitable as decoration.
Cavi·Art® is a vegetable cholesterol-free product with a fresh taste and a crisp consistency. It is a long-life product even after it has been opened (like pickles etc.).
Cavi·Art® is particularly suitable for use in the Food Service trade because of its good qualities.
